Shaker

The Shaker is a hydraulically driven vibrational solids separator. It can be positioned on top of the GM3 over either the front or rear process tank and is powered by the one of the GM3's six hydraulic pumps. The Shaker can be operated from the GM3 Control Panel via a touch screen interface.

The propane train, designed to fit under the front of the GM3, can provide regulated propane to both of the machine's burners allowing a cleaner alternative fuel source to diesel.

The Inline Particle filter, designed to fit under the front of the CM3, removes any potentially damaging solid particles from sludge before entering the 3-phase centrifuge.

Sludge Removal Vehicle

The Tank Cannon is a manned hydraulically powered sludge extraction unit. Like the SRV, the Tank Cannon can be powered by either the CM3 or GM3 and is designed to be assembled inside a storage tank. The maneuverable Tank Cannon fires hot water or cutter supplied by the GM3 to emulsify sludge. The sludge can then be fed to either the CM3 or GM3 via a submersible booster pump for processing.

The Sludge Removal Vehicle (SRV) is a manned hydraulically powered vehicle designed to be assembled inside of a storage tank. Powered by an auxiliary circuit of either the CM3 or GM3, the SRV is equipped with an extending arm that draws sludge into a reciprocating screw auger whcih is then fed to either the GM3 or CM3 for processing.
